As the area’s biggest advocates and an integral part of the local landscape, we’re proud to give something back to the community that has been so supportive of us. We are particularly conscious of the role we play in our close-knit neighbourhood.
We are presently the major sponsor for Balmain’s two largest community events, namely the Balmain Art & Craft Show and the Balmain Regatta.
Additionally, over the years we have provided significant financial, personal and logistical support to the Balmain Library, Dawnie to Cockatoo Island Swim, Balmain High School, Rozelle Primary School, the Balmain Children’s Centre, Salvation Army, Princess Charlotte Alopecia Foundation, Tigers Football Club and Balmain Rotary, among many others.
For a number of years Danny Cobden has also been Chairman of the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Appeal for the Balmain area.
